Who we are

This website is operated by LokaalP (lokaalp.com). For questions about your data, contact hello@lokaalp.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store what you enter: name, business, email, phone, sector, chosen package, contact preference and your message. We also count visits anonymously (per day and language). No tracking cookies, no ad networks.

Why we store it

Only to answer your request, send you a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice the work. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted at most 12 months after the last contact. Client records and invoices are kept as long as legally required (7 years for accounting).

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@lokaalp.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Your data is only accessible to us, behind a password.
