Scope

These terms apply to all quotes and assignments of LokaalP, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Proposal and design

The first design proposal is free and without obligation. An agreement only arises once you approve the design in writing or by email.

Prices and payment

All prices are one-time amounts in euro. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise. Late payment may incur statutory interest and collection costs.

What you supply

You provide texts, photos, logo and information, and warrant that you are allowed to use them. LokaalP is not liable for third-party claims regarding supplied material.

Delivery

We aim to publish within 5 working days after approval and receipt of all materials. These are target timeframes, not strict deadlines.

Hosting and maintenance

The hosting subscription can be cancelled monthly. On cancellation the website remains yours and we assist with the transfer.

Ownership

After full payment the delivered website is your property. LokaalP may show the result as a portfolio example unless you object.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
